The charge to remove and install the bathroom vanity was actually more than the price of the vanity and its faucet combined. Arguably, it was a delicate job as the previous owner had used a variety of adhesives to "waterproof" the vanity and backsplash over many years of usage. The plumber had to be careful and not destroy the wall tiles as he removed the vanity since the tile was not exactly replaceable from current sources. Had I known that there was a box of these same wall tiles "hidden" in the garage attic which were later to be found, the removal would not have had to been such a delicate operation. Of course, this conclusion is all after-the-fact. Nonetheless, the charge to remove the old vanity and install the new one came to almost $400--way too much for my taste--all things considered. In defense of the plumbers, they did a very good job which has remained trouble-free since then, now one year later. In fact, I am having this same company provide with an estimate for renovation plumbing work in my basement based on their work performance.

Greg and his helper did a great job - threading the source and return pipes through the first floor in the walls and doing a very neat installation of the baseboards on the second floor. They accomodated the existing woodwork, decorative trim and floor surfaces.All of the new connections in the basement are immaculate - their skill with copper and pex tubing is really first rate.

I HAVE USED HIM A COUPLE TIMES NOW, AND WAS PLEASED WITH HIS WORK BOTH TIMES. HE LIVES RIGHT HERE IN THE COMMUNITY, AND CAN GET HERE RIGHT AWAY IF HE NEEDS TO. HE'S DEFINITELY VERY RESP0NSIVE.
