"Found company on facebook, was able to communicate via massenger/email/text/phone call/in person smoothly. Convenient local drop off. Fast service and easy transaction."

"The technician was courteous, professional, and expert in the diagnosis and repair, and is HIGHLY recommended."

"I'm delighted to have been referred to Northern Lights and will no doubt be going back to them for future home renovation and repair jobs. The technician made quick work of our lighting and minor electrical project list in just a few hours thanks in part to his 3 1/2 decades of experience in the field. Friendly, professional, and skilled -- couldn't ask for more. Northern Lights is also incredibly responsive with providing or updating quotes and answering questions. Estimated and final invoices were highly detailed and any additional charges were explained as they came up. I appreciated the clarity on costs up front and transparency along the way."

"Very good phone person who understood and led me to the solution."

"It went well. The person spent almost two hours, checking all the outlets and evaluating the efficacy of various elements. He speant time trying to explain everything to me as he went along. A few days after the inspection, he e-mailed a detailed report and by the end of the week he returned to tape up the labels on the circuit box and discuss what he discovered about my electrical situation. He did not try to sell me anything or push repairs although some things could be fixed

"He was very polite. He explained why he could not properly close in my replacement window. I emailed photos of the jobs to be done 4 or 5 days later and never received a response by phone or email but he did show up at the scheduled time and looked over the jobs I had for him. All were done in the time frame he estimated except for a carport roof repair which was more evolved than a quick fix. However he did check it out and gave me the list of supplies he would need and the cost to do it. I still have to have my window finished and feel if I was told before hand I could have had the materials on hand. He did explain he did the best he could with what he had to work with. It is much better than it was as it was pretty bad but I do need to have it totally weatherized. He did not take breaks and filled up the 4 hours that I paid for. The original planned day he showed up at the scheduled time after I sent an email the night before assuming he was not coming since he never responded to mail job list with photos. He assessed the jobs at that time and rescheduled for the following Friday. He called that day letting me know he was running 30 min late which was fine with me. I appreciated the call.

"Michael called back almost immediately after we submitted our request for installation of two ceiling fans. He gave us a price window over the phone and scheduled an appointment. He showed up on time, did the work within the time and dollar frame he quoted us. We are happy with service magic and D. S. Electrical Services. We would recommend him and Service Magic and hire him again."
