They took multiple pictures to show us what was going on way up on the top of our chimney that was affecting the bricks below. They were very professional and hard-working. They did not goof off. They did extra tasks that were not part of the contracted work. "The installers were good. They didn't do a sample fire though. This would have caught a stuck damper. Jay came out and realized right away what the issue was. He started a fire to test the draft. All was good. It did take several phone calls to get a technician to come out which was a shame Their staff that come out are very professional and helpful."
