He came within the scheduled time, descaled the unit. after further inspection, it was determined that some filters within the unit were clogged w/ silt. "I had several companies come out to give me information and an estimate to install a heat pump hybrid hot water heater. I got a call right away from a very nice man, he gave me a price over the phone without coming out. I did ask questions and he answered them all. I think he would have done a very good job and his estimate was in line with others who came out to my home to look at my existing unit. I like to personally meet pros so I can get to know them while they are evaluating the problem. This was a big expense and a big decision. I would be fine with a faucet, drain clean, etc with just talking over the phone but I like to meet the pro when I am spending a lot of money."
