We found him, his employee, Eric, and their office manager (Kyle’s aunt) to be uniformly great to work with: from first contact, through assessment and estimate, to work completion. They all impressed us with their professional attitudes. We needed a new toilet, since the one we inherited constantly malfunctioned. We have a septic system so we wanted to make sure we installed something that would not strain our system but would work reliably for years. Although I had researched options for a month, I wanted to hear what a professional would say. We asked Kyle for advice. He inspired confidence during the discussion. He recommended a great fixture, and the toilet installation was done on time, efficiently, and cleanly.
