"Steve was fantastic! We brough in paramount to provide a quote for removing and replacing an old cast iron dampener. We had another company come out and provide us a quote on a basic chimney sweep and they recommended we replace the dampener (which was expensive) because they could not get the dampener open to clean the chimney. When Steve from Paramount came out to provide the quote, he informed us we would not necessarily need the new dampener, opened the existing one and cleaned the chimney. We just had our first fire last week (this is our new home)! Thank you Paramount and thank you Steve, we will be back!"

Unfortunately they delayed the work day 3 times, blaming each other for miscommunication. I regret not telling him to take his scaffolding down and leave. Nice enough guys but that was not right."
