Upon inspection of second chimney, technician explained the chimney had a triple liner that and the fireplace had hardly used and the chimney did NOT need the be cleaned, yet I was charged the same as I was charged for the chimney that was inspected AND CLEANED. When I asked why, he said that?s what was on the order. I also found it strange that the technician said that if I paid cash, I wouldn?t be charged tax."

"They have a drone that took excellent photos before and after the job. The The job was to replace the chimney stack from the roof up. The chimney looks great. Unfortunately they delayed the work day 3 times, blaming each other for miscommunication. The day they finally showed up (over a month later) they requested an extra $1,800.00 blaming the other partner for under estimating the job. I regret not telling him to take his scaffolding down and leave. Nice enough guys but that was not right."

"A-Tec was readily schedulable and arrived in the early part of their 3 hour window, calling ahead when they 40 minutes out. The job was completed efficiently. The lead sweep, Steve, provided some valuable commentary as they went through the job. The other sweep, whose name I did not catch, did most of the on-roof work and also re-caulked our chimney's flashing. Overall I was very pleased with the entire experience.
