They had to remove damaged ceiling that was caused by water/sewerage leak. Then they had to install a large piece of drywall and plaster over it. Nelson and his partner did an awesome job feathering the plaster to make the drywall fit in seamlessly. Another great thing they did was to block off the area (with drop cloths and plastic) they were working in. This kept the work and debris area contained. "Fourth Generation Construction did a beautiful job renovating the entire two bedroom apartment. from painting the ceilings, walls, doors, baseboards, closet and replacing the kitchen floor and kitchen countertops. The replaced the bathtub and repaired the plumbing that had a leak. They replaced with new (in the wall") an extra large air condition, hood over the stove and exhaust fan in the bathroom. They repaired and painted the deck and stairs outside. They repaired the window sills outside and painted them, all "IN A TIMELY MANNER"!
