The apartment is lofted with skylights exposed wooden beams, so the painting job was complex work that required a lot of edging. Mario did very precise work quickly. He also was able to recommend a high-quality ceiling paint."

"price is better other places magnets do not work keeping panels connected"

"Joshua Olean Carpentry recently performed a wall build and framing project for me. Josh built a new wall to act as a room divider and framed in a stone foundation wall (2 walls built in total). Josh also managed the painting and trim-work for both walls, and provided oversight on the installation of 6 recessed lights. From start to finish, Josh did a wonderful job and was a complete professional. The services were delivered as quoted and the price was very reasonable for the quality of work. I would absolutely recommend Josh's services to anyone looking for quality contractor work and will use his services again in the future."
