"Signed contract on May 8 for deck build.On May 12 rep came to my office to collect deposit of apprx $13,000. He said project team meeting on Wed & would update me then on start date etc. On Fri May 16 I had to reach out to him. He wrote the team had met & materials were ordered. An hour later he wrote back that he was misinformed & that his boss was going to call me next week. Despite this, dep check cashed. On Mon 5. 20 rep wrote back that they had forgotten certain costs & to proceed it would be $8,000 more. Not a typo. $8,000 more. No apology. Ridiculous, contract rescinded. I wrote that he could return my deposit at my office just as he had collected it. On Wednesday the 21st I got a text from "Tom," presumably the owner/boss, saying he would "drop a check in the mail" to my address. Today is May 30th, Friday, and still no check. Check at a minimum should have been overnighted. They owe me interest not to mention the deposit to hire a contractor who will honor contract. Bad."

"Fourth Generation Construction did a beautiful job renovating the entire two bedroom apartment. from painting the ceilings, walls, doors, baseboards, closet and replacing the kitchen floor and kitchen countertops. The replaced the bathtub and repaired the plumbing that had a leak. They replaced with new (in the wall") an extra large air condition, hood over the stove and exhaust fan in the bathroom. They repaired and painted the deck and stairs outside. They repaired the window sills outside and painted them, all "IN A TIMELY MANNER"! Lastly, I am also pleased with the painting of the two room office and the replacement of the drop ceiling panels. They are a very nice, friendly team. Their costs are reasonable. I recommend them highly. You will not be disappointed. :-)"

"Travis Worthley is an artist as well as a skilled craftsman. We had been wanting to build a patio for a few years, but we had not found someone we trusted to create what we envisioned. We knew right away that Travis would be able to create it. Throughout the process, he communicated clearly, left the work site tidy, checked in with us when decisions needed to be made, and he creatively solved the inevitable problems that arise. And, he is a very nice person. The patio he created is extremely well constructed and absolutely beautiful. Friends who have visited say that it looks as though it has always been there, or should have always been there. I enthusiastically recommend Travis Worthley.
