"Bob Griffin is a true professional. A list of projects he completed on my home follows . Note that I was "5-Star" impressed with his work in every area. - Soft wash of roof, exterior siding, and patio - Apply two coats of Cabot's bleaching stain to home exterior - finish all fixtures (hinges, handles, and all fixtures) - Caulk and / or putty all areas exposed ( cracks, splits, etc..) - He was hired to "soft" power wash my home and then apply two coats of Cabot's bleaching oil to the 7 year old cedar shingles. Bob showed up. on time, worked a full day, and kept me informed of all progress. The "soft" power wash left the roof and exterior of the home in beautiful condition. He also added a soft wash of the back patio; again, it came out beautiful and was a task he threw in no-charge. He applied caulk and wood putty as required to protect any cracks or gaps in the surface. He then went on to refinish all the black hinges, handles and fixtures. These details really made a difference. I was so impressed with all of the above that I asked Bob to return to paint the cellar. Once again, Bob sought the right paint and primer for the job and covered the walls and floor of this old cellar in record time. We can not get over the improvement to the home while under Bob's control. Finally, I was always so impressed with Bob's initiative. He helped declutter the cellar before starting the paint without so much as a word. His pricing is more than fair in every way. He is a very nice man and I am happy to have met him. He strives to exceed every customer's needs. He is something special and earns 5 stars in every area."

"Nestaly and Edwin did a great job replacing an exterior wooden staircase and metal railing system with a Trex solution that is both beautiful and solid as a rock. They were here at 8 AM both days and cleaned the debris up afterward. Wonderful people and company to have working with me on this project. Fair pricing for this project and I was so pleased with the result that I already booked them to replace a couple of windows and exterior door. I will certainly use them in the future and can"t recommend them enough."

"Work was performed exactly as discussed and agreed to (match existing paint colors) at estimated cost. Start was delayed at our request due to high heat and humidity, with no complaints. Work was further delayed through no fault of Arch Painting due to continuous wet weather. Once a good weather window finally occurred, the work was performed quickly with no impact on us. We were totally satisfied with the quality of the work and the finished product."

"Ryan got to the house right on time the first day and within 15 or 20 minutes after looking at the job (which was exterior painting which included the vinyl sided house, shutters, trim, bulk head door and a railing), he had a detailed, printed estimate presented to me. He was the only one of the 5 companies who did that. I was already impressed. The estimate was also the best of the 5 that I received. Shannon kept me informed during the process and even gave me help in picking out colors. Lewis was great. If I had any concerns, he always responded with "No Worries". And he followed through on his promises. I always had confidence in him. His crew were also all very nice. When the job was finished, Lewis and I did a walk through and I just pointed out a few minor details. I was already very happy with the job. After that, we did another walk through because he wanted to make sure everything was as I wanted. Shannon came by an hour or so later and we did another. I told her I was very happy. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone based on our experience. In fact, I told Shannon that I was going to paint my deck in the Spring, but if I changed my mind and didn't feel like doing it myself, I'd be giving them a call. All very nice people."

"Claudio was fabulous! I canâ t say enough good things about the quality of work he and his crew performed on my upstairs remodeling, deck,and repair of our dormers and shingles . He and his crew are meticulous and pay attention to detail. He is fair and the price is worth every penny. They did the job right. If there were any additional repairs that needed to be done, Claudio communicated with us prior to itâ s completion. They always asked our opinion, kept us posted throughout the entire project. We were so impressed with the job they did we had them do some painting and repairs on my first floor. They were at our home for 3 months. When the job was completed we told Claudio, Dan and Bruno that they became part of our family and we would miss having them around. Thank you so much we are absolutely thrilled with our renovation it was a complete transformation. We are going to have them come back and do some additional work on the outside. "Herb provided an estimate with a range in price (labor and materials) based on A) the job going smoothly, without any problems and B) if he ran into problems which he later said he meant as minor problems. On the very first door, Herb ran into trouble as he found that after 25 years the doors on the northwesterly side of the house which sees the most severe weather, had rotted below the door frame and needed to be removed and replaced. He found the same problem with the second door (same side of house) and really did a great job of clearing out the rotted wood and replaced it with rot proof synthetic material that we while more expensive, will be well worth it in the long run. the last two doors went in just fine with the one caveat being that as I guess is to be expected, doors vary from manufacturer to manufacturer and while we bought the sizes correctly, the opening for the new doors was actually smaller than it was for the old doors, so Herb had to re-frame all the openings which he did just fine. Overall, Herb's work was very good. I think his quality of workmanship and attention to detail is excellent. He takes pride in his work and when I complemented him on how great the new doors looked, he was beaming with pride. To me a good sign that the satisfaction of his customer is very important to him. While the cost was higher than we had anticipated, in fairness, they ran into problems that no one could have forseen. I'm sure I could have gotten the job done for much less, but I'm not sure that someone else would have been able to handle the "curve-balls" that were thrown Herb's way. And, I'm not sure I would have gotten the solid repair to the rotted door frames that I know Herb provided. I have no doubt that Herb's work will stand the test of time. And the quality of his work is excellent."
