"Work was performed exactly as discussed and agreed to (match existing paint colors) at estimated cost. Start was delayed at our request due to high heat and humidity, with no complaints. Work was further delayed through no fault of Arch Painting due to continuous wet weather. Once a good weather window finally occurred, the work was performed quickly with no impact on us. "Ryan got to the house right on time the first day and within 15 or 20 minutes after looking at the job (which was exterior painting which included the vinyl sided house, shutters, trim, bulk head door and a railing), he had a detailed, printed estimate presented to me. He was the only one of the 5 companies who did that. I was already impressed. The estimate was also the best of the 5 that I received. Shannon kept me informed during the process and even gave me help in picking out colors. Lewis was great. If I had any concerns, he always responded with "No Worries". And he followed through on his promises. I always had confidence in him. His crew were also all very nice. When the job was finished, Lewis and I did a walk through and I just pointed out a few minor details. I was already very happy with the job. After that, we did another walk through because he wanted to make sure everything was as I wanted. Shannon came by an hour or so later and we did another. I told her I was very happy.
