"Fourth Generation Construction did a beautiful job renovating the entire two bedroom apartment. from painting the ceilings, walls, doors, baseboards, closet and replacing the kitchen floor and kitchen countertops. The replaced the bathtub and repaired the plumbing that had a leak. They replaced with new (in the wall") an extra large air condition, hood over the stove and exhaust fan in the bathroom. They repaired and painted the deck and stairs outside. They repaired the window sills outside and painted them, all "IN A TIMELY MANNER"! Lastly, I am also pleased with the painting of the two room office and the replacement of the drop ceiling panels. They are a very nice, friendly team. Their costs are reasonable. I recommend them highly. You will not be disappointed. :-)"

From quote of project to time line. I cannot say enough about the expertise of the workers which matched their work ethic. Always making sure every detail was on point and approved by me. A full Bathroom update plus laying over 300 square feet of tile with full demo of both areas. To come under 3 weeks speaks to the diligence of their work. From the beginning communication was poor, I was not told any updates and my house was left unlocked everyday with lights left on after the team left. When the project was done I had to have them come back to fix the overspray and paint splatter on my walls. My stove and counters were not covered when painting resulting in paint getting into these surfaces. The painting edges on all cabinets and on the trim was messy and all over the place in which I was told to wipe off with a cloth. My basement was left a mess and the painters helped themself to pieces of wood they assumed was scrape to use as painting supports- they ended up being pieces of a personal project I was working on. My wood floors were scratched by them trying to remove paint from my floors. At the end of this I was told this was normal practice and to hire a cleaning crew. Felt disrespected during this entire project."
