His fees are very reasonable. He will be working with my son-in-law on a project in a couple of weeks. They will be moving furniture out of our house. By himself, Juan cleaned up the prior demo area, properly sealed the shower, installed a new shower bench/curbs and repaired the wall…he did everything but the painting, which we took care of.
