Process went great.

Very quick for the estimate, which originally included my Painting and also Power Washing and Staining my Deck. The owner revised my estimate quickly when I asked him to remove the deck from the proposal.

They came out the day before to prep the area and were able to finish most of the work.  I was unable to have anyone at the house that day to allow the front door to remain open to dry.  They came back the following week to paint the front door.

everything cme out great and I would definitely hire them the next time that I need painting done.

"The power washing was very effective in removing the mildew and moss from the house wall. I noticed a minor issue with the grass immediately under the wall. Some spots of the grass started to wilt (probably from the washing fluid), but a couple of weeks later the grass started to bounce back. I guess it's an expected side-effect. Despite this I am very happy with the result, and will reach out to Bob again in the future for the same service."

Within one day of my inquiry - Juan came by and provided me with a reasonable estimate and we agreed on a day for the work to be
completed.  Juan and his crew arrived on time - completed the work in one day - with amazing result.  Some areas of crown molding that had been removed by the electrician were broken and not able to be used - after checking in with me - Juan found molding in my basement that could be used to replace the broken molding.  After repairing the holes and gaps around the molding - Juan and his crew replaced the molding.  When finished - there was no evidence that the walls and ceiling needed to be opened to make way for the new wiring.
