"I was totally impressed with this contractor with his fairness on the problems of my roof. Jim explained all my options without once ever forcing me into any extra work. He explained to my wife and I what was going on with the problems on our roof. We have only been here in Delaware in our home just under (2) two years and we knew that the roof wasn't new when we bought our house but Jim identified the approximate age of our roof and how much more time we might have left. I have never met a contractor that took so much time to explain all of these options to us. He would not let us put any needless money into our roof because eventually it would be ripped out when a new roof would be done. I asked Jim to take a measurement of our roof and he was going to send us a quote on a new roof without any pressure to do so.
