2.1k+ Coulter Systems installed a french style drainage system in the basement/part of the garage of the house. The paperwork indicates a transferable lifetime warranty. After we bought the house in 2018 we had continued flooding in the basement where the drain system was installed (muddy water)....

They said the provided bio solution would clear the pieces just fine...but why do that when a trash can is less than a foot away?? Then, they did not offer to reseal the valve they just opened...just left a mess for us to pick up. As such, we will not be using them again next time...free estimate or not. If we wanted the bare minimum, we would have done it ourselves."

What started with a bad fan motor in a new AC system that was only 3.5 years old in a $10,000 system, for which we had waited 4 days for the new motor to be installed. Add to that the fact that the repairman told me he would be at our home at 8.30a and didn’t arrive until 11.30a - after having to use a vacation day to wait at home for them to arrive. Then telling me this will be ‘quick’ all I have to do is switch out the motor by mounting it and plugging in the new one. Hours went by, nothing. He comes in to test the thermostat and it is non-responsive. He tells me to get new batteries, which I did. Then asks me, “these are new?” To which I say, ‘of course’ - you watched me take them out of the box. Then he goes out to his truck for the next 1.5hrs, supposedly speaks with his Supervisor and comes in and tells me that he has fried the system. I reply by saying I will be calling a senior person to speak with them. Called 4 times and never spoke with anyone. Each time I waited on hold for an extended period of time. Each time, I was then told by the answering service that someone would call and never did. Then at 2.45p I am told “everyone has left for the day” and no one would be calling. This was a Thursday, I had been home all day and no one would speak with me. We remain without an AC system, no plan, no calls - - nothing!!! If I could rate them a ZERO, I would,"
