"Ray was very informative. Letting me what the actual cause of the problem was in the bathroom. Basically the laundry and lack of exhaust caused browning of the walls of the bathroom. He made suggestions to repaint with the primer, taught me how to prevent future issues of the browning, and even recommended the re-grouting of my bathroom tiles which was long needed. I was impressed and so was my tenant. It's services such as this that made my tenant feel confident about renting longer. I'd thought the price would be higher, but it was very reasonable.
