I called around 9:30 AM Friday and someone immediately answered. I was given a number to send a photo of the window for an estimate and an appointment was scheduled for 2:30-3:30 that afternoon. Communication was great, we did everything via text, and they even let me know when the technician was on his way. Rick arrived at around 2:30 wearing a mask and was done in less than an hour. They were very accommodating, professional, and pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend them and hire again. Oh, and do yourself a favor and call the number listed here instead of going through Angi's List "Request a Quote" option which is unreliable IMO. I tried that first on Thursday, waited 24 hours to see if I would get a response, and only got an email from HomeAdvisors which is now teamed up with AL. Just go straight to the source.

I made a call to 2 Hour Glass at 8:01am and had a quote 5 minutes later. With my window being a bit of an emergency they were able to accommodate same day. Clayton showed up and assessed the situation right away. He was very knowledgeable and courteous throughout the whole process. I have children so he took time to make sure everything was cleaned up properly and free of sharp debris. Very efficient and very happy with the whole team at 2hour Glass.

had a double glass window replace. A gentleman came the same day to replace the glass. He removed the window and replaced the glass he came with all the materials needed and was quick.

It went very well. Our window shattered late the night before. We called the company first thing in the morning and left a voicemail. Someone called back about an hour later and took a description of the issue. We texted him a photo and he gave us a price right away. He showed about about 2 hours later. He came is with a mask (Coronavirus protection) and we straight to the window. He popped it out, took it into the back of the truck parked outside, where they did the replacement right on site. It took about 1 hour and it popped back on the frame very easily.

I sent a picture of the broken glass around 8:30. They were at my house around 11:15 and done by 11:45. Great job including clean-up. I really couldn't be more satisfied.

I freaked out due to the Pandemic virus amidst and just needed my home to be safe, I had an accident leaving my home so I immediately searched for Glass repairs, they were my first choice due to the urgency of the matter and sure enough they were available. Called 4:30PM and they managed to come by 6:10PM, the Glass door was fixed and looked like nothing had happened by 6:40PM. Quick, Reliable and very professional. I contacted 2HourGlass at 11:00 and texted pictures of my windows. I had a quote within 15 minutes. Alex was at my house by 2:00 the same day. He was very professional. The windows were repaired by 3:30 and look fantastic. I was very pleased! Alex was great.

The job was scheduled and executed in an excellent, professional and efficient manner. Further, the whole experience with the original contact and the craftsman ( Alex ) actually exceeded our expectations with the ease of the total service. The price and time frame considerably beat the other estimates by days and cost. Alex was respectful of our household and was very open explaining exactly what he was going to do. The double hung window was popped out and the double pane was replaced within an hour in his mobile workshop. Fascinating how quickly and efficient this was completed compared what other glass competitors offered. They will be our “go to” company for any future needs, additionally I would highly recommend them to our friends and neighbors: A+ !! Lifetime warranty was included.
