We are in love with our wall unit. Because of the pandemic, there were issues getting some of the components fabricated, so there were delays and the work required three separate installation dates. Other than the delays and very spotty communication from Closet Factory regarding the delays, the project went well and the wall unit is gorgeous. Despite having to hound them for updates, I would definitely do business with them again. And I'd ask for Jennifer every time. She's fantastic."

The only thing that worried me was trusting that all this information will be safe and secure in the Evernote cloud.  Thus, I bought a an external drive and backed up important documents from evernote onto external drive.  Darla agreed that this was a good idea.

"This company did a great job with remodeling our existing basement. We hired them to build a 1200 square-foot finished basement with a full bath, entertainment center and a full bar area. The crew was neat, clean and courteous every time we spoke with them or came in contact with them. They had to cut the concrete floor and install underground piping for the bathroom in the bar area and also they installed an underground and ejector pit for the full bathroom that we had installed.
