"They did a horrible job laying and grouting the tile. It is all crooked, broken and patched pieces everywhere and epoxy grout smeared over the entire surface that can not be removed. They didn’t order enough grout so 1/4 of it didn’t get grouted, thank goodness. I’ve had four different contractors look at their mess and all told me it all has to be taken out and redone. I feel they not only owe me my deposit back, but also the cost of having it all removed and hauled away plus the cost of new tile to replace their ruined mess! But I do not want them back in my house!!"

"Remodel complaint Notes Their work habit and schedule were unprofessional. They set their schedule and usually never came when they said. The last day they showed up was after more than 7 weeks, from October 26th till December 17th. Their work area was left in a constant mess. • Installed shower incorrectly • Took weeks to connect sink correctly • Broke the wall between the bathroom and closet in next room • Why did he tear up bathroom before tile was in, still no bathroom on second floor • • Cracked toilet flange • Filled toilet drain with debris • Poured concrete on floor without replacing pipe • Needed to replace 1.5“bathtub drain with 2” drain • Never measured shower stall and had us buy a stall that was too big for the space • • Used wrong sheet rock on bathroom wall and Installed wall on 22” center, not standard 18” We filed in small claims court and were awarded over $4500."
