They were easy to reach, showed up when they were supposed to just for a quote, but the quote was so good that I was able to approve the work right away. And because they'd brought the machine with them they were able to *do* the work right away. It didn't take long but they took time after the grinding to clean up the site and leave it in good enough condition that it will be easy for me to deal with it later. I am really pleased."
