They did fine. They sent three people, and they did an good job. They are also insured, which is important when it comes to cutting trees, They Ash trees died, and we lost about fifteen. We have spent thousands on trees, but that is what you get when you live in the woods.

Rick was in constant contact, the days leading up to the work. the day of he was on site, showed the guys what they needed to do, and left them to do what they do best. After they were done the double checked to make sure that I was satisfied with all the work they had done. Then later in the day Rick called to make sure as well. Great service and I will be having them back ~ Thanks guys

We were fully satisfied with the work your 3 men did. They took all the trees down as we had asked them to with minimum damage to all the other surrounding trees. They cut down all the trunks and branches very neatly and even took down the hanging branches caught in the surrounding trees. They cleaned our neighbors' yards perfectly. They were very courteous and respectful of all the cars driving down the street where they had parked their truck. And last, but not least, they worked in a very safe way.
We could not have asked for a better outcome! We will definitely use Bailey tree services for our future tree work needs.

They called to arrange a date on time, Came for a look-over to see  if what we needed could be done in one day and got here on the day stated.

They appeared very early on the day of the removal--and got to work immediately. They wasted no time and got the work done in the time they said they would.  The owner called us before Derrick showed up to say he wouldn't be there but his son, who also ran the company would be there and the work would be the same as if he were there.

WE found his son very professional, friendly and the helpers were friendly also. They answered any questions and checked with us that they were putting the chips in the right area. (we asked for the chips left from the trimming of the branches.)

I would and have already recommended them to our daughter and her husband. I would recommend them to anyone. THEY live up to their great reputation around this area.

On time with the right equipment to do the job.  No issue, well done at a reasonable price.

It took a long time for them to finally come, partly due to all the rain we've had.
They didn't want to come when the ground was wet so as not to tear up the yard with the truck.  They were concerned about not messing up landscaping, so they asked what was ok to do and what wasn't.  They dug out a peony bush which was in the way and replaced it afterward - very nice.  They laid boards beside our slightly-raised and wood-bordered driveway so the truck wouldn't break down the edge.  They parked the truck on boards on the lawn.
They asked if they could top off a big holly bush which was in the way, which was fine.  They also took off the top 1/3 of the neighboring holly tree, which I did not expect or want.  Maybe it was just a miscommunication.
They did the ash tree safely and exactly as stated - they knew what they were doing.
I noticed there were some more dead limbs in the oak tree which Derek couldn't see while he was up there, so he obligingly went back up and took some more out.  However, there are still one or two dead branches up there.  This is why I didn't give them an A.  Also because it took several weeks to get them out here, although on the phone he had indicated it would be within two weeks.
He blew the sawdust off the porch, and even its roof.  They left the wood and branches kind of piled up, not all over the place.  That's what we wanted, because we heat with wood.
Everyone was professional and nice.

I believe strongly in conservation and tree hugging (to a point); and also have the knowledge & reality that trees; no matter how beautiful or old can unfortunately become diseased or be taken out from weather conditions beyond our control and can create a situation that can become even more costly if left unattended due to ignorance or lack of knowledge.  Professional Arborist who are interested in doing what is enviromentally correct. I Hold a degree in Horticulture/ Floraculture & I can see beyond the common means to know when someone is acting in the best interest of my "borrowed property". Bailey Tree Service has done work on our property over several years and there is no one else I'd trust to work on my property. I went to work and came home to find exactly what I wanted done, " exactly as I wanted." Precise, Clean & Neat!!!!
 You have to remember when tree service is done which could potentially involve your neighbors as well; you want to call someone who is an expert because a broken fence is not as easily mended as you think!

The work was performed without any problems.  I had some concerned since the one tree was so close to my house.  The trees were removed, the workers were friendly, and my property was cleaned up to my satisfaction.  I will contact them again if I need any other trees taken down.

I would recommend Bailey Tree Service. They were in our neighborhood helping our neighbor's house and I went and talked to the owner. He came over and took a look and was able to find a way to bring both trees down without squishing our house, which was really important to us. They were fast, did a good job, they were in touch with us about when they were going to come and do the work, and they did it quickly because we are expecting another storm to come. That storm posed a risk of blowing the trees in the wrong direction. They responded to us as were in imminent need even though they had lots and lots of other jobs as well. Another company refused to do the job, because they couldn't get their equipment into where the trees were and it was to dangerous. I would absolutely use them again.
