I was surprises how quick they took down a, 75 ft pine tree

The tree work was good and a fair price. Short wait time for service and they came when scheduled. I was disappointed in how yard was left. We had opted to keep the branches and truck for burning in the wood stove. They said they’d leave a “neat” pile but the everything was left where it fell. It was a day’s work for us to clean up. Next time I would opt for them to discard what they took.

First time I used his service I was very pleased, hence I thought he would provide the same quality work with subsequent job. I hire him to prune a limb from a maple tree which was done to my satisfaction. The other part of my job was to cut down to the ground and remove about 10 - 12 arborvitaes growing along my chain link fence. He knew the chain link fence was there, and assured me that his crew would not damage my fence. When his crew realized that the arbs had truly grown into the fence they contacted the owner who told them to stop work and not proceed any further. He told me that he was losing money on my job and would not go any further. I was left to finish what they had started. He under estimated the price and time needed to complete the job and told me it was my fault. His crew did an awful cleanup of debris. The one worker had said he had nothing to do for the last half of the day and was going to continue working. I loaned the workers my lopping equipment and when I checked progress a short time later my equipment was on my patio and they were gone. I questioned the owner about this and he saud I misunderstood because the worker had school. This same person told me that he hadn't started school yet. The owner pulled his workers off my job because he supposedly was losing money. I had recommended him to another neighbor and when she saw what he left me with I told her, and she agreed not to call him. I am truly disappointed with his service and will never refer him again, Other clients may like him, but if you keep him on as one of your contractors, I will never use Home Advisor again.

Quick and efficient

Bill and his crew removed 5 very tall trees. He came when he said he would, brought in a bucket truck and completed the work in half a day at a reasonable price.

DID A GREAT PROFESSIONAL JOB

BH trimmed 5 trees for me 1 oak (approx 35 feet), 2 maples, a very large evergreen and a wheeping cherry. Plus trimmed back the forsythia bushes. The crew did a very good job of cutting, shredding and leaning up afterwards. I gave them a rating of good but it could be great. I just need to see how the trimming looks in the spring once the trees begin to fill in. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

I requested a receipt and didn't get one....why not, I wonder?

Bill are the great guy, he gave me exact estimate and exactly explained what has to be done, right way. I had a lot of clowns coming over from different companies trying to rip me off on the tree removal process, even though I told everybody I used to do that kind of work for living long time ago. I know exactly how it should be done and I know exactly what it cost. They always try to give me outrageous prices for the equipment they took a loan for or tried to explain to me how they’re going to do the job, it was always wrong way, even though I told them how it should be done. they still wanna do it different way, which is would take them almost a week to remove the tree. Bill have a very good team, they’ve been in and out! Highly recommend this company to work with they are professionals and they have equipment, they will charge actually price for a service.

I have used this contractor in the past and used them recently to remove a tree. They are the very best when it comes to tree services. The owner is a swell guy who come out to look at the tree, gave a very reasonable estimate and scheduled the tree removal. His crew came out, did an outstanding job, left the area looking great and met my full satisfaction. This is the only tree service vendor I intend to use again if needed.

I used BH in June of 2019 and they were excellent. The owner Bill personally visited and quoted the job. Good price for good word. My project actually took several visits one of which was to drop and stump grind four trees in my back yard plus trim some others. I came home, work was done and the yard was as clean as it was before they started. Excellent experience. Use BH

They are a very professional group. Very friendly and the price was great. I had them cut down two 60' maple trees and one 30' English Walnut tree. The two maple trees were very close to the road and the one was in front of my house. They removed those trees with absolute no damage to my house or to the phone and electric lines that ran through them. I can't say enough good things about them. They cleaned up my yard afterwards. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone else that needs any kind of tree services.
