I better get heat there because the pipes will freeze. There's a leak in my bathroom and one of the faucets leaks should get fixed right away because it might turn out the pump again so he told me a lot of things. He was very helpful. "

"I have used Hannaberry HVAC for 17 years. They installed my HVAC system when I had the house built and they have been servicing the system throughout the years. There service plans are not cheap and although you can find cheaper prices with other HVAC service companies, I feel you get what you pay for. My service technician, Jake, was very professional, courteous, on-time and thorough. With my service plan, they will come out on a weekend, if necessary to fix a problem."

"job was done in a timely manner, however was not done in a professional workman like manner, Which the contract states it would be done. When the estimator came he explained what would be done to eliminate water issue. When we asked how does water get removed outside and how they would undermine stairs and walls he simple stated the installers will go over that with you when they come. The installers said they would be channeling under the step and walls, which are only 2 1/2 inch walls. The last step was also a simple channel as well. More time consuming perhaps, when you charge $3000.00 more than another contractor, homeowners are believing they are getting a professional job! They cut her stair runner instead of peeling it back so it could be glued back down. she needs replace whole runner now and company could care less including there estimator! sheetrock replacement also more expensive because took a hammer to the walls instead of saw zall,nice straight lines! also have photos."
