Extremely well! I had originally called them because I was having some problems in my home with a few plugs. (NOTE: This was AFTER they came to my home and, after taking a close look at the problem, told me that my home would not pass inspection and needed to be rewired...again!) I contacted an electrical inspector who agreed with their assessment. Since then, they rewired my entire home again - this time it was done correctly. As of this writing, the inspector has not been by yet; that's in another week. They fixed all the problems and made it look much nicer. I am going to use them for another house project. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent! Rick and his crew removed knob and tube wiring and updated out electrical work in a 100 year old house. They installed ceiling fans and other misc electrical tasks. They were on time, neat and personable. We highly recommend their services

We haven’t had electricity in our living room since we bought the house back in 2006. We thought it would need completely re-wired but they came in and assessed the problem and it was an easy fix. He also fixed the ceiling fan and porch light for less than half of what it would have cost had he just re-wired. I would hire them again in an instant.

Paul called a few minutes before the appointment time to say that he would be a bit late due to heavy traffic. The heads-up was appreciated and he arrived within 15 min. He is knowledgeable and experienced with a can-do attitude. He quickly dealt with the first 3 issues, then took the challenge of taking apart the unusual chandelier. He diagnosed the problem, which will take a replacement part to fix, and painstakingly put the fixture back together; he will need to repeat these steps when he returns with the replacement part at a follow-up appointment. He then worked his way through some very wet bushes to get to the problem lantern, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. On his return visit he will connect the circuit to a light sensor, replacing the outdated timer. It all went well, Paul was pleasant, explained everything he was doing, and was not fazed by the soaking conditions of the outdoor job. He will bring all needed parts and materials at his next visit to complete the work. I was very pleased and expect that all issues will be resolved at the next appointment.

Everything went well from start to finish. We have a mobile home and it can be tricky. I had two other highly rated electricians that wouldn't mess with it. I was impressed with the office end of it and the workmanship. Stephanie set it up and Paul came in and went to work and finished without any problems. We don't have to research electricians any more. Just call the Bird

Babybird electric was awesome! They were able to come out to give me a quote the same day I called to schedule them. I ended up going with Babybird because their quote was reasonable and the guys were professional. They completed the work that needed to be done in one day. They also noticed that one of the outlets on the outside of my house was not an outdoor outlet and replaced it free of charge. The next day, the owner called after he reviewed the photos of the job. He stated that there were a few things that he wanted to fix cosmetically as he didn’t like the way they were left. He asked if he could come out on Christmas Eve morning to do the work without charge. That morning he showed up with one of the guys from the job and explained how he expected a job to be left. I liked his honesty because the work seemed perfect to me but he felt that the work didn’t meet his expectations.

They were prompt and courteous. They went out of their way to do an excellent job. The made recommendations and educated when necessary.

Workers were friendly and polite. They completed the job in a timely matter. There was no mess for me to clean after job was completed. Very professional.

Baby Bird did an excellent job. They worked with me to plan and then rewire almost everything while maintaining service for the tenant. All the work was done professionally and with care. They made sure I understood the things I didn't know and provided solutions I didn't know I needed. Of course, I will hire them again without reservation.

I have a very old house, so when I first moved in they upgraded the outlets and electrical box. They added some outlets and fixtures as well. They also installed an outlet on the outside so I could install string lights. They went as far as installing the string lighting in my trees - which is above and beyond what I originally asked for. I wouldn't call anybody else but them for electrical work.
