"I could not in good faith accept money for something that was not in the client's best interest. Raccoons do NOT neatly pile twigs into a nest. The raccoons captured were most likely just "passing through" and were unfortunate enough to get caught. I take each client's concerns seriously, but I will not perform a service or charge a client for something, in my experience, which is unnecessary."

Pete was fantastic. He worked me into his schedule within 2 hours of my initial phone call. He was professional and after I explained my problem and what I heard, he knew exactly where to look. He efficiently removed the dead animals and produced a mesh cover for the place on the roof where the animals entered. His rate was reasonable and he completed the work quickly being alert to the fact I had a commitment in the afternoon. When I initially called him, he explained that depending upon where the animal was located, he might not be able to remove it. I appreciate the honesty. I had been referred to another critter control company and after placing a follow-up call to my initial call decided to join Angie's List for other alternatives. That's where I found Pete Cappa, who had an A rating. 48 hours after my first call to the other company, I have still not received a response. If they didn't want to do the job, they could have had the courtesy of at least calling to tell me so. Very bad customer service. But, at least that led me to Pete who was outstanding and whom I will refer to anyone I know needing his services
