"Logan and Ben were awesome. Logan came to clean my dryer vent and realized there was more of a problem. They ended up replacement the full vent pipe throughout my basement ceiling. They prevented me from having a major clean up job. My vent pipe was full of water which could have burst at anytime and caused a major leak into my finished basement. They were polite, clean and very professional. They updated me every step of the way and completed the job the same day. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs this service. "

I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates. "Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. "Where do I even begin!? They showed up an hour early. With plenty of heads up. He was very understanding when I didn’t see the notification that they were running early. Tino was very friendly and jovial. One of those people who you couldn’t imagine ever having a bad day. He and his partner got to work in the scolding hot, almost 100 degree day and finished our beautiful play set in 4 hours! He made sure to ask if it was in the spot I liked before anchoring it to the ground. I couldn’t be happier. It is very well built. Thank you guys SO much!"

"I really couldn’t be any less satisfied with my experience with B & E Roofing. My roof began leaking in 2018 and I gave the job to B & E. Two years later, after finding black mold along the wall in my son’s closet, I realized my brand new roof was leaking in an entirely different location from the original leak. Long story short, I had B & E come back to my house 3 times, each time they promised me it was fixed, and now almost another year later, it is still leaking. I will be calling another roofing company tomorrow morning to come out and see what they think (I have since had this other company replace my garage roof and they did a fabulous job…and it doesn’t leak).
