"He came next day and gave me a quote latter the same day. It was a fair quote for the work to be done, I gave him a check for materials and he started the job the next day. He ran into a problem with existing porch when he he tore out existing porch and gave me an option on how to repair and what it would cost him to fix it. It was fair . He worked all day for 4 days and the job is very well done. I will use him again for other work on my house. It is an old building and is always in need of repair. "The window replacement was easy and went as expected. I had the proper size window replacement and they put it in. Installing the ceiling fan was another story. They ran the wire from the wall switch (which was a problem before they came) to the new ceiling housing they installed. They replaced the wall switch but the fan still wouldn't work. I returned it to the store and got a replacement fan. It still didn't work. I called my electrician the next day and he said the neutral wasn't connected. He replaced a socket behind the bed, hooked up the neutral wire and now the fan works."
