"Hired Bracken to do an interior French drain and a sump pump for a house I am selling. My buyers had requested this install before we could close on the house. "I've known Bob Walter, our plumber ever since we bought our summer home in the Pocono mountains, PA, 15 years ago.  We keep using him, because he has always been reliable and efficiently corrects whatever problem we have. Normally, we ask him to help when we close up our Pocono home at the end of December and he evacuates the water from all pipes so we can turn off the heat without experiencing water freezing problems (This past year, neighbors tell us the temperature stayed in single digits for almost two weeks straight)  In the summer, when we escape Florida's heat, he comes over to reconnect the fittings and makes sure everything works right. 
Through the years, he has performed many small repairs as well, as today, when he diagnosed a problem with our garage hose bib, and replaced a broken shutoff valve.

"I hired Picture Perfect to work on two bathrooms in my mother's home. I'm located out of state, so it was important to find someone I could trust to do good work and also ensure my mother was pleased throughout the entire process. My wife and I often rely on AngiesList reviews when choosing a contractor, so I hope this review and recommendation will be helpful to others. 
The first project was a remodel of a small bathroom that included repair of a water damaged floor, replacing a sink/faucet/mirror, and some tile work. Everything went well, so afterward we scheduled work on the 2nd bathroom which was a much more extensive project.
The 2nd bathroom was a new bathroom. Rob did everything from plumbing, electrical, carpentry, sheetrock, installing sink/tub/toilet, tile and painting. Throughout the process Rob did a good job of communicating with me and sending invoices as stages of work were completed. He even sent photos to me so I could see the results. He also worked well with my mother to ensure she was happy throughout the process and pleased with the final results.
Rob also helped with several other small things that were needed around the house.  Rob is a very hard-working, skillful, and has a great attention to detail. I'm lucky to have found him (thanks to AngiesList) and glad I hired him. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of this kind of work.

"Great! I had this work performed in March 2018. Summer 2018 has seen constant rain and flash flooding. Previously I would have had several feet of water in my basement from the saturating rain and storms that came through together (5+inches in 6 hours with 12 inches in 48hrs in already wet ground). Basement has been completely dry. I thought work would be more noticeable. The concrete over the drain is nicely done. No complaints about the work, better results than I expected (I expected it to be more noticeable)."
