"Brian has had the animal control contract at our facility for over ten years. He is consistently thorough with setting, baiting and checking his traps. He has removed many problem animals from our facility, some appeared to have rabies. If I need to call him, he is there quickly. His main concern is always getting the job accomplished in a timely and safe manner. Overall, his prices are very reasonable, he is the only pest control man that I will use. "Bill & his son came to our home to help us with a problem we were having w/bees in the house..in mid-November, in Pittsburgh. It is absolutely worth noting that they do a free inspection. I spoke w/several other companies that charged over $100 just to come out to the house. We were able to show them a dead bee & they immediately knew that they were "German YellowJackets." I asked how they knew that they were German Yellow Jackets, "do they listen to Wagner?" Hahaha They were professional & explained what they were going to do & what we could expect in the following days. We have 4 kitties & a chihuahua so it was paramount that they would not be affected by the treatment, as well as the humans. They also advised us of the time period that would be covered by the initial treatment cost should they need to return. We could not have been more pleased with these gentlemen from start to finish.
