However, after we started using the shower, we immediately began to see a great deal of water escaping the shower. I've been placing call after call to get them back to correct the job. It's going on a month now. Up to this point, they have NOT acted in good faith and returned calls or corrected the problem. I have photographed the problems for them, i.e., where and how water is escaping, but no response from them. What's the point of a shower that looks good, but daily is leaking water?
