"After I got 5 estimates, 3 for Asphalt shingles, 2 for Metal roofing I decided to go with First Choice because Dave explained exactly what he planned to do. The other contractor wanted to install the metal roof over the exiting Shingles even after I explained that I suspected that some wood decking was damaged and needed to be replaced. I was able to do everything over the phone and via email as I am currently deployed overseas.

We couldn’t be happier with our decision. The job was finished in 2 days and was done exactly as promised. We have experienced 2 downpours since the job was finished and no leaks.
