"STAY AWAY!!!! Current estimate was WAY overpriced and included work that would not have met local code. Even the estimator admitted he didn't explore what he needed to, and that he did not know the local codes. Worse, they did not show integrity when a problem arose with work they had done previously. "Hartmann Electrical, just awesome! The guys they sent were Uber professional, awesome and very accommodating. I normally hate writing reviews but these folks did such a great job that I feel I had to take the time to write a few lines. They were on time. They were very willing to tackle on the job. I should mention I called other nearby companies and Hartmann Electrical were the only one willing to install a ceiling fan that high at 30ft. This even after considering doing it myself but at the end of the day, I didn’t want to rent a scaffolding or a lift because it would’ve cost more money to buy equipment than to hire a company. They were even nice enough to dab all the screws for the ceiling fans with loctite per my request (40 blade screws total). Other companies told me they wouldn’t and all they do is just install the fan and nothing else. They were also extremely honest in the charges and very transparent. The guys arrived an hour early before the air lift arrived. Any other company would rolled in the charge into the bill but not these guys. They broke down every charge and I thought that was very professional. Hartman Electrical will certainly be my only go-to guys for all my electric needs if I can’t do it myself. I know Hartmann Electrical will probably read my review and I just want to thank you for providing such great service."

"I had a thermostat changed. Service was good. The thermostat according to the tech the charge was 65 dollars. He was here for hour and half maybe. We got a bill for $ 465 I called and questioned and was told they charge $125 dollars / hour, which was fine. I did not know they charge for travel time which by the way was hour and half. We were not told this pre Service. Needless to say we would never have given them the job! Also they charged me over $100 dollars for the thermostat! And it was a generic questioned them about that also and they said nothing! In other words too bad! Very very dissapointed in them and also myself because I was stupid, and feel very cheated."

We are a residential and commercial electrical contracting company. We include warranties and also have 24 hour emergency service available. We take pride in our work, and we have a long list of satisfied, repeat clients. Customer service is our #1 priority.

"On January 12, 2023, Jason came out to check out our generator because it was not working properly. He told us it was the throttle-body that was faulty and needed to be changed. It would be costly and he would send us an estimate via email within the week. About a week later, our generator started working. I called the company because I wanted to speak to Jason, because I wanted to know what was going on. I never received a call, so I called again and left a message, and I never received a call, nor did I receive a quote. I called again, and I never received a call, nor did I receive a quote. My husband called twice to speak to the owner and they will not call us back. It is now March 17, 2023 and we haven’t heard anything. Correction, the only reason we heard from them is because I left a Google review and it wasn’t good, so they got upset and responded by blaming us. Use your discernment before calling this company. The serviceman, Jason, also use the F word frequently during the service call—very unprofessional. The owner, Dale Newman will not stand behind his work, or non-work.."
