John took pictures of every sheet of plywood that he had to replace, and made sure he explained everything he did - both before and after. Came in under the max budget he had quoted us, and the roof looks beautiful. They just finished today, so I can't say for certain that it is watertight, but I can tell by looking at it and the way it was done that it is going to be. I'm thrilled with everything."
