"I am so thankful that I found Brodys Services! My toilet wasnt flushing good & little moths were appearing from the drain. I had 2 plumbing companies come and each one had a different opinion and quoted high prices. My third estimate was by Brody. He was a good listener & very polite. He tested my plumbing and found the problem was a cracked pipe under the toilet. He had to jackhammer the floor, fix the pipe and re-cement the floor. He put plastic on the door ad kept the dust contained and cleaned everything when he was done. I was so pleased with his work and affordable prices, I decided to do a remodel of the bathroom. He removed my tub and installed a large shower, new vanity, toilet, and floor. It looks wonderful! He worked according to my schedule, gave me his expert opinion, and cleaned up daily. I am so happy with the results & his price. I would definitely be using his services again!"

"Had a bathtub taken out and converted to walk in shower unit. The quality seems top notch and installer was great. Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."

"Our experience with the sales person Rich was very comfortable with no pressure added, he was very informative. We initially were only looking to replace only 4 windows, but when we met with Rich we decided to replace 8 windows. As for the installation process it was very smooth, the installation guys were very good with the installing of the windows, and cleaned everything when finished! They also check with us to make sure we were happy with everything before they left. We also like the fact that after the windows were installed Rich returned about a month later to check the work and checked to see if we were happy with our experience with Window Depot, which we were completely!!!!"

Kris explained in detail to me the issues with my basement and offered various options for mitigation and repair of my water and structural issues. Kris was honest about the scope of their work and left the decisions up to me about what I thought I could afford and handle at this time. A few years ago, I had Bakers Waterproofing do some work for me in another part of the basement. Jessie was my service advisor at that time and he was also excellent! He was able to locate the immediate source of water coming into the basement from a spring outside. He showed me all the issues with my basement, however I chose to take care of part of the basement as the other part was not crucial at that time.
