"I chatted with someone on their website, to see what the cost would be. The guy took down all of my info and said someone would get in touch with me. I decided to just give them a call myself. The lady who answered said she didn't have any access to the pricing information. She said it would cost $60 for someone to come to my home and give me an estimate and that I would have three options to choose from - "Good, Better and Best", I would choose one of the options and it would then be installed on the spot. I asked her what happens if I decide to not use them, she stated that I would then just pay the $60 fee and we would part ways. That makes absolutely NO sense to me. I'm sure I can find another company that will be willing to at least give me a ballpark number for a service like this over the phone."

"We had a flooded basement because of a leak in our 13 year-old water heater. Someone came out very quickly to take a look and give us an estimate to install a new hot water heater. This included options for different sizes and types. The same afternoon Aaron and another gentleman were at our door with the new hot water heater. They were neat and professional, working within the limited space of an enclosure in our basement that houses the water heater. They removed the old one.
