"We purchased this home on a Friday and decided earlier that week that the hardwood floors needed to be refinished before we moved in the following week. Allen stepped up and offered to do the job over the weekend. The house is nearly 100 years old and it looked like a previous owner tried to refinish the floors themselves and it showed. The rooms also have baseboard heat so it made the job a little more tricky. Allen was hoping that he'd be able to get a smooth finish and in the end, the floor looked 1000% better. "Shawn is a consummate professional in and out, and it showed right from the get go. Unlike others I've seen, I didnt have to tell him to put on shoe covers for example - he saw that I had good hardwood floors and did it himself on entry. He took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions, the work was outstanding, and when he left he even gave me free shoe covers to protect my floors in the future !  The next day, he followed up with an email to check in. I just wish all of the servicemen were like him - cannot say enough good things. Go with him, you will not be disappointed.
