When we had some issues with the older less reliable lighting programing software, Drew upgraded us at the cost of the new hardware and did not charge us a cent for the labor involved. The new Lutron system has been exceptional and it is helping us both, Envision and my budget, save money since it is rock solid. "Anthony showed up promptly at 8:30 AM as scheduled Went right to work installing outside receptacle and installing covers on two existing outdoor receptacles, He then installed a bedroom ceiling fan.. Anthony was professional, polite,friendly, and does excellent work. We plan to have him return in the near future to install recessed lighting in tow rooms.
"Everything turned out fine. When it first arrived, it was damaged in the shipping. It took them quite a while to get something back to us, or even to call me back when I wrote to them. But then, once they got the ball rolling, it went very quickly. It took them probably about a month to even get back to me. The price was very good. Once somebody actually did speak with me, they were very responsive. They were pretty professional when I spoke to them. I just think that they were light on manpower."
