"I had the attic of a rental property converted into two bedrooms which needed framing, hanging sheet rock, base board molding installed and handing doors. Tom was able to fit me into his schedule and complete the work with-in 2 weeks. He came back quickly fixed a few misunderstandings as to what my expectations were and it looks great. I am excited about the finished project. I would contract out with him again."

"It is perfect to walk on the concrete steps above the stone wall and lovely to look at. I told him he should put a sign there to let people know who did the work. It is so easy to walk down to that stone wall to leave the trash bag or recycling can. No hill whatsoever to fall on."

"Paul did an amazing job on my office. He pulled out the old carpet and put in laminate flooring, swapped the electrical outlet, and painted the every room. Everything came out clean and looks great. He works fast without cutting corners, and his pricing was very reasonable. He showed up when he said he would and kept me in the loop the whole way. Honestly, I was expecting the job to drag on for days and he knocked it out quickly. I already have more work lined up for him at my house. If you need a handyman who actually does what he says he will, hire Paul. I'd recommend him to anyone."

"Provided upfront cost on replacing the toilet, did a professional job."

"Good team of workers that adjusted to my changing requests. Showed up as scheduled. Very reasonable prices!"

"Velez home improvement did a great job. They are very professional and they don't waste time. They get the job done with perfection but in a desirable amount of time. I love my floors, they are beautiful and I still enjoy looking at them every day. This company keeps you informed every step of the way."

"Installed new garbage disposal. Work was satisfactory, disposal working properly."

"I had a project I could have easily completed myself but I wanted a professional to do the job to ensure it was done right. Mark took the time to explain the correct way to apply a two-part epoxy to concrete as well as the necessary pre-steps like checking for hydrostatic pressure. He put me on his schedule and completed the job on-time. Great work, will highly recommend."
