Get matched with top security door installation pros in Temple, PA

"Home security has never been my favourite topics, at first a bit confusing there's network apps, motion sensors and connected door alarms all of which seem to work flawlessly together. We called two places ADT Authorized Dealer - Safe Haven and New Security INC. Bill Wood from ADT Authorized Dealer approached us in August 2019 after buying new house. Many of us have had that one teacher who makes it all click together they are often energetic and fun seemingly always at the top of their game. Bill's smile, genuine personality and willingness to teach difficult subjects to us made him the clear choice a 2nd time this summer when we installed ADT. We feel great knowing who to call and who to let in our house when we needed them. Communicating via text message and follow ups afterwards were "Better than Expected"! Thank You ADT Authorized Dealer - Safe Haven."

"I don't think I could ever say enough good things about Shield Security and Art. Got a text message that my security system wasn't connecting via cellular and were concerned that if something happened it wouldn't dial in. Had no idea anything was wrong. Fixed almost immediately with a home visit. When problems are fixed that you don't even know exist I wish there were an A+ rating option."

"My next door neighbor's house was robbed last week, and I realized that I needed to do something to give me further peace of mind. Purchased new home security with ADT and opted to get the premium options with flood detection and carbon dioxide monitoring. Keep up the nice job ADT!"

"Delivery was delayed due to credit inquiry. After the concern was raised, shipment was rushed to us. Self installation didn't go as easy. Issue was resolved over the phone. The glass break sensor was a bit sensitive to loud noise such as cabinet door closing and door sensor repeatedly falls off and had to be reattached. Notification of alarm activation was fast and made to the right contact numbers. This prevented false alarm calls to the police."

"It's all very user friendly and reliable. Jeremy helped get us setup with our new system - he was great, very informative and candid. Larry came out and installed everything, and he was a pleasure. I totally recommend 1st Security USA to anyone in the Washington DC metro area."

"The job went very smoothly. The tech ran a bit late, but he called to say so. He installed a keypad by the front door and assessed the house for security. He suggested, since there are several casement windows in the living room and adjoining dining room that a breaking glass sensor would work better and be more cost-effective than alarming all the windows. He did alarm a door that the previous company (inherited when we bought the house twenty-three years ago) had not considered significant. I feel safer with the current sensor choices than the ones I had before.
He took the time to make sure I knew how to use the system, so I am very pleased with the service. My one caveat: I was told that the motion sensor would not register my smaller pets (two cats) because they weigh under forty pounds. They must have set off the sensor, though, because the police responded. The system certainly alerts the authorities, but that motion sensor is very sensitive!

""What struck me most about Chris was his patience along with his professionalism. I had never used a private detective before and was a little nervous, but he took the time to answer all my questions and explain the process. He was extremely accessible and kept me updated on my case. If you want someone who is professional, courteous, thorough, and who gets the job done right, I highly recommend Chris and CSI Secure Solutions.""

"That's the name I am vaguely familiar with; it's a home security company that is license to ADT franchise or dealer if I am correct.  They were very good.  They were prompt; they were quality.  The individuals move their business.  They were very timely and it was a good experience."

"Yvette Pringle provided courteous and professional feedback to me when I called to inquire about a new home security system.  My situation was unique because we were trying to find something that would work for a deaf person.  I appreciated that Yvette did her research to find out what would work.  She also offered different options in terms of a package and plan.  We did end up going with another company, but I really did want to recognize Yvette for her work.  She was very polite and helpful.
