"We had a concrete walkway and patio that was in need of repair. Several cracks and not level. We had several estimates to replace,which was very expensive. We had Lift It Pro give us an estimate on leveling the concrete. The owner was professional, answered all our questions. His price was WAY LOWER than replacing. We were given references to call. He completed the job in the time frame promised. Only one day to raise the concrete, and can use the patio immediately. "Dan and his son are an absolute dream come true and no one in our family will ever hire somebody else. Are basement was completely unfinished, and in fact had a lot of our junk all over, and Dan was able to listen carefully to our ideas and thoughtfully make recommendations as to what would work best. The end result is honestly so much better than we ever imagined. Our kids now spend a lot of time in the basement playing games and making memories. We could not be happier with our decision to trust Dan, and in fact we miss seeing him like we did during the project! After finishing our basement, all of our friends asked who was able to do such a good job, and subsequently we've referred Dan and his son to our in-laws and also our good friends for major projects. "I made an appointment for them to come out on 11/12/19 to take a look at my chimney, which was detiriorating badly from the inside. I had another company come out prior but wasn't satisfied with their estimation. I was told straight up that what I needed to have done would be a big job because of the length of time the problem had been occurring and any possible unknown factors that could arise during the job completion (all of which I researched for myself as a precaution). Long story short, I agree to do the work at a VERY reasonable price (based on the average price cost to do the job) and set up an appointment for 11/20/19 to run from 9am until 6pm. These guys were on time and did an amazing job. Like, I am really, REALLY, REALLY impressed. Having been jerked around and screwed over by so many contractors; it's refreshing to meet some that say what they mean, mean what they say and do what they say they're going to do....and are honest!"
