After struggling with various contractors who either failed to resolve our water issues or were unprofessional, DJ and his team truly stood out. DJ was incredibly helpful, patient, and responsive throughout the entire process. Our home is a ranch with 225 linear feet around the perimeter, and while other contractors insisted on installing a French drain for the entire length, DJ recommended a more targeted approach. He proposed installing the French drain for just 80 linear feet, focusing only on the areas where water intrusion was likely. His thorough explanations and prompt responses to all our questions were greatly appreciated. The workers arrived on time, maintained a clean work environment, and completed the job as promised. "I cannot recommend barrier spray foam enough. We had been looking for a company that I felt comfortable doing our spray foam insulation in the completely un-insulated attic space for a few weeks before I found Robert Keeney from barrier spray foam and I am extremely glad that I was able to find them because I could not be more pleased with the service and the quality of the work that they produced. Robert was incredibly efficient, showed up exactly when he said he would to do a free estimate, he was very good at explaining the R values and the percentage that they would actually insulate the space and what his recommendations are and for that I am extremely grateful. The other companies that we had to quote did not go into this level of detail! Barrier spray foam helped me to feel very comfortable that they were doing everything they could to make sure that the work that was done was what the space needed, and the quality was top notch. We received their very reasonable quote exactly when he told me I would, and not once did I feel that communication was lacking. We were scheduled quickly and on the morning of the assigned day Robert and his crew showed up promptly, they had everything they needed to start work very quickly, they all wore masks and were very respectful of our space and putting down tarps to cover everywhere that they walked. They started promptly, explained what they were doing, explained where they were throughout the process and let us know when they were ready to leave.
