"Signed a contract back on April 2, 2025. They were supposed to be out on Wednesday, May 21. They called me two hours before they were supposed to be here to cancel because of the chance of rain. We had zero rain here from 7:45 AM all the way to 3:30 PM. I wasted a vacation day as well. Contacted my salesman. He tells me he will get back to me. Here we are two days later and still no idea when the appointment is supposed to happen. Communication is poor at best. Amazing that a company that's been in business this long plays games like this."

"Our concrete was 17-years-old and had some stains and cosmetic flaws. This is the main entry to our home and it was so dingy and unpleasant. The new finish is amazing and we love it. It is so easy to keep clean! It was installed 4 months ago and it still looks brand new. Jason communicated very well and promptly throughout the process from bid to completion. This was a new process to us and he to the time to explain the technology and explained exactly what to expect during the process. He did a great job of prepping the concrete before laying the new surface. This was very important to us because we had some hairline cracks in the concrete. Jason and his helper showed up on time, worked meticulously and were very careful to not leave any kind of mess behind. The finish is so attractive and the entire garage feels almost like an interior room now. It's better than new! My husband and I wish we had done this years ago. The hardest part of the entire process was picking the color because there are several to choose from. Jason was very patient with me as I asked to see sample of nearly all of them. We are so pleased with the finished product that we have been considering having out patio done as well."
