I would recommend Brian and his crew without reservation. They did a great job, at a very reasonable price, and finished the job on time and on budget. My floors are probably original to the house- 1898. They were dark, had many staples and nails in them (which I removed prior to hiring this company), and some boards were in need of repair or replacement. I was pleased with the outcome of the floors and stairs. Brian was the first person I invited over for an estimate and was by far the most professional. He was the only one that was straightforward in providing an estimate for the work and didn't beat around the bush. The other companies would not touch the stairs, as they said the work would be too complicated and not be worth it. One insisted all the floors would need to be replaced, another was going to take twice as long as Brian quoted and said it may end up costing more than the estimate they gave. They were able to start work almost immediately, and before I had time to rip out a closet in the one room that was built on top of the original floors. Brian did me a huge favor and agreed that they could take the closet out for me for an additional (and fair) cost.

Highly recommend this Company. They are professional, wonderful to work with, very good communicators, and our floors now look beautiful. Brian and his team arrived promptly and stayed with the job until it was done. They are perfectionists and care about details. We have been renting the house and the floors have taken a beating. These newly refinished old floors now are the best feature!

The final product was excellent. The work was done in a timely fashion and the results were great. Brian was able to refinish the bedroom floor and match the floor in the hallway and other bedrooms. It looks brand new and it matches perfectly. I was very impressed with this companies responsiveness and their efficiency. I would highly recommend them!

Brian and Mark have to be the best workers I have ever had working in this older home. They were prompt, calling before leaving their home to tell me they were on their way. Both men were perfectionists and did an outstanding job. In one room, they put in a new hardwood floor matching it to the hardwood in the dining room, and refinished the hardwood in another room. The floors look beautiful and I am extremely happy. Both Mark and Brian have wonderful personalities and fun to have working in the house. Their prices are very reasonable. Each day they cleaned up before leaving, so we had no mess to deal with. Amazing hard workers.

Brian and his team are reliable, trustworthy, and one of the best contractors that I've worked with. I have very high expectations and am hard to please, but Brian and team surpassed my expectations. When he discovered that my kitchen floor had hardwood under the laminate in only part of the kitchen, he texted me and sent pictures, discussed what our options were, and even purchased (at his own expense) and installed subfloor to fix the damage to the kitchen floor where the hardwood ended. They came back to work on the job several times and didn't charge me more for the extra hours it took to make the floor right. I shopped around for prices, and his was the best. Quality work for a quality price point! Thanks to Brian's beautiful work, my house sold in one day!

I would hire Brian and Mark a thousand times over! They were perfectionists and did an incredible job. I am pleased beyond my wildest expectations and will recommend them to my friends and family. They did everything I asked them and then some. They were punctual and professional and fun to be around. I had purposely waited a couple of years before I decided to have the floors refinished and I am glad I did, because I found Brian's company quite by accident and it was well worth the wait!! Because of the fine work they did, I have decided to have them back to do the stairs and the second floor. They brought so much 'added value' to the project that I was beyond happy with the experience. Kudos to this awesome company!
