He was planning to be in our area for another customer, so he offered to visit to assess the issue and, if possible, offer solutions. He arrived on time, identified the issues (some of which were not on my radar) and 90 minutes after arriving, our internet service, which has been poor for several years, was improved by a factor of more than 10. The solution wasn't free and required some hardware upgrades to 10-year-old equipment. Looking at the solution, it is one of those things that you can say, "I should have known that." But I don't live in the technology world and James does. He solved our problems and cleaned up a rat's nest of wiring while doing so. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!
