Problem with well pump. 2 guys show up in a car, no van with name of business and no TOOLS. Before investigating problem, they say its a broken pressure switch. WRONG. Didn't know what they were doing or talking about. On behalf of AIR WIZARD OWNER, "Jeff", they demand $125.00 (for 15 minutes of doing NOTHING) and threaten to call police and accuse of "service theft" if I didn't pay immediately. Left wondering exactly what "service" did I get, aside from the service of being RIPPED OFF of MY time and $125.00?? Buyer BEWARE! ZERO SKILLS and MINUS ZERO INTEGRITY.
Description of Work: NOTHING. Except take a service charge of $125.00 for telling me they had no tools to even diagnose the problem and would have to come back with their truck & tools. Wouldn't leave without being paid (for doing what, I'm still trying to figure out). If I didn't hand over the money, they would call the police and accuse me of "service theft".
