So he said that he would only charge us for the call and not the cleaning since the fireplace was not to be able to be used. Then he told us about different options that we can do with the fireplace.

"Logan and Ben were awesome. Logan came to clean my dryer vent and realized there was more of a problem. They ended up replacement the full vent pipe throughout my basement ceiling. They prevented me from having a major clean up job. My vent pipe was full of water which could have burst at anytime and caused a major leak into my finished basement. They were polite, clean and very professional. They updated me every step of the way and completed the job the same day. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs this service. "
