"Rich and his crew renovated our kitchen from top to bottom, all the old removed followed by custom cabinetry, new sink and faucet, micro hood and tile backsplash. They also did the electrical and installation of 5 ceiling fans throughout the house. All the work was beautifully completed, friendly and professional work crew. All work was completed in about 8 business days and cleaned up before they were finished. This crew takes the time and puts the extra effort in with attention to detail. "After a number of years of using this company for various chimney needs on two 100 year old fireplaces we are done. Their prices are very high and advice has spotty resulting in redo’s (at our expense) on numerous occasions, still, we hung in there. THEN the latest issue was a faulty damper that they had installed a few years ago. Constant problems ensued, requiring multiple service calls every year. The latest came two days after the last $800, chimney cleaning when the damper once again stuck then finally opened only half way. I asked for a final resolution as this could not continue. The response by the owner Mr. Beckthorn, was condescending , accusatory, rude and insulting, as if he was talking to a petulant child. He further informed me that if MY attitude didn't improve he was going to tell us to find another contractor. His final comment “if you have a real solution then propose it, otherwise, let me work”. I did .. and fired him - I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY."
