"I can't say enough good about Moana Fencing and Home Improvements. I had an incident where my dog got out by going under my chain link fence and biting another dog. I called Moana Fencing and spoke with Seth. This incident happened on a Saturday afternoon. Less than 24 hours later, Seth ran a tension wire around the bottom of the fence. The contract stated they were to provide handrail accents, which they never did, but still expected to be paid the full price. They claimed that we actually owed even more because there were change orders! (There never were any change orders). Also, we never got a chance to approve the design, and the finish was not what we selected."
